No Returns
We do not accept returns once a product is delivered.

Replacement Eligibility
We offer replacements only if:
- The product is damaged  
- The product is defective  

Important Requirement
- An unboxing video is mandatory for any replacement request  
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery  

Without proper proof, we will not be able to process replacements.
